LabMD Gets Slap On Wrist In FTC Data Security Fight

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 8:58 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge on Monday barred LabMD Inc. from introducing new evidence to refute the Federal Trade Commission's data security claims as a sanction for its discovery failures, but declined to impose the “severe” punishment of declaring the lab's security protocols to be inadequate.
