6th Circ. Revives Mich. Officer's Retaliation Claim

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Thursday revived a retaliation claim lodged by a former Kalamazoo, Mich., public safety officer despite upholding the dismissal of his discrimination claims, finding that the district court had improperly failed to assess the retaliation claim separately.
