Fla. AG Decries Proposal To Limit Drug Testing Coverage

Law360, Los Angeles (March 13, 2014, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday came out against a proposal by a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services contractor to limit Medicare coverage for some forms of drug testing, writing in a letter to the CMS administrator that the proposal could increase the occurrence of accidental fatal drug overdoses.
