Watchdog Urges T-Mobile To Clarify Phone Upgrade Ads

Law360, Washington (March 13, 2014, 8:01 PM EDT) -- An advertising self-regulatory group on Thursday largely backed the claims of a T-Mobile USA Inc. campaign for its “JUMP” phone upgrade program after a Sprint Corp. complaint, but urged it to make clearer in Internet advertising that a deductible applies for replacing a lost or damaged phone.
