Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Thursday breathed new life into BNLfood Investment SARL's effort to prevent Martek Biosciences Corp. from entering into allegedly anti-competitive contracts for baby formula additives, but formally closed the book on BNLfood's quest to recoup damages.
