Temasek Unit Makes Cash Offer For Unowned Olam Shares

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 1:44 PM EDT) -- An investor group led by a subsidiary of Singapore wealth fund Temasek Holdings Ltd. has made a cash offer for the shares of Olam International Ltd. it doesn't already own, in a deal that values the agricultural processor at 5.3 billion Singapore dollars ($4.2 billion), the companies said Friday.
