Florida's Natural Heads For Trial In Legal Malpractice Suit

Law360, Miami (March 17, 2014, 8:54 PM EDT) -- Citrus growing cooperative Florida's Natural Growers and its former counsel in Puerto Rico are headed to trial after a federal judge ruled Friday that the attorneys had negligently sent a memo that gave Florida Natural the impression it could terminate a contract with a distributor at will.
