Hidden Camera Photos Spark $68M Ky. Coal Ash Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club used a hidden camera to capture images from a Louisville Gas & Electric Co. coal ash pond that prove the utility is violating its Clean Water Act permit, issuing on Monday a notice of intent to sue that calls for LG&E to pay $68 million in fines.
