NJ High Court To Mull Right To Jury In Insurance Fraud Law

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 8:07 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Friday agreed hear an insurer action filed under the state’s Insurance Fraud Prevention Act, a decision that will clarify if the law prescribes the right to a jury trial, as does the statutorily similar Consumer Fraud Act.
