Ex-Spector Gadon Atty Pleads Guilty To Client Fund Theft

Law360, Philadelphia (March 17, 2014, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A former attorney with Philadelphia-based Spector Gadon & Rosen PC pled guilty on Monday to federal charges that he bilked clients out of more than half a million dollars over a three-year period.

Gomer Thomas Williams copped to one count of wire fraud at a hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Legrome Davis after he was charged in January of stealing $503,361 by both diverting funds out of client accounts and overbilling clients for legal work he never performed.
