Lawmakers Eye Overhaul Of Medicare's Post-Acute Payments

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 8:37 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan plan emerged Tuesday in both houses of Congress to require standardized reporting of quality data from different types of post-acute care providers, a move intended to allow apples-to-apples comparison of their performance and set the stage for a significant overhaul of Medicare payments.
