Senator Can't Prove Any Injury From ACA Subsidy, OPM Says

Law360, Washington (March 18, 2014, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Office of Personnel Management urged a Wisconsin federal court to dismiss a suit by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., that seeks to block allegedly special treatment for federal lawmakers under the Affordable Care Act, arguing Monday that Johnson failed to show any concrete injury.
