Sens. Urge DOJ To Seek Extraditions For Swiss Tax Evasion

Law360, Washington (March 18, 2014, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Sens. Carl Levin, D-Mich., and John McCain, R-Ariz., on Tuesday pushed the U.S. Department of Justice to seek extradition for Swiss bankers charged with aiding U.S. tax evasion, arguing that the DOJ has not been aggressive enough in going after those foreign nationals.
