Judge Quashes Immediate Appeal In Hormone Case

Law360, New York (April 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has refused Wyeth's attempts to win an interlocutory appeal of decisions regarding expert testimony and the statute of limitations in a case that is part of the multidistrict litigation alleging that the company's hormone replacement treatments caused breast cancer.
