Koch Unit Plans $300M In Minn. Refinery Upgrades

Law360, New York (March 19, 2014, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Koch Industries Inc.'s Flint Hills Resources said Wednesday that it wants to invest $300 million in a pair of projects at a Minnesota refinery that will allow it to produce cleaner fuel in order to meet new federal standards, as well as improve the plant's energy efficiency.
