Wis. AG Asks High Court to Uphold State Abortion Law

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 1:51 PM EDT) -- Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a state law requiring abortion doctors to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals, questioning whether abortion clinics and doctors can challenge abortion regulations on behalf of their would-be patients.
