Greenberg Traurig Faces Race Bias Suit From Ex-Paralegal

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 8:50 PM EDT) -- A former paralegal hit Greenberg Traurig LLP with a race discrimination and retaliation suit in New York federal court Monday, claiming the firm passed her over for promotion to an attorney's position after she had earned a law degree and ultimately fired her.
