Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A group of technology companies on Thursday urged the head of the Senate Finance Committee to not move forward with legislation that would “fast track” congressional approval of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, saying the proposed trade pact may impose restrictive copyright provisions.
