EU Court Backs $8.2M PVC Heat Stabilizer Cartel Fine

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A European Union court on Thursday backed the European Commission's ruling that Italian chemical company Faci SpA participated in a cartel that fixed prices for tin and heat stabilizers and its €6 million ($8.17 million) fine on the company, saying the commission had presented sufficient evidence to support its decision.
