Law360, Philadelphia (March 20, 2014, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia-based deli meat and cheese manufacturer told a state judge on Tuesday that Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP was trampling its attorney-client privilege rights by representing both its former counsel and its insurance company in a bad-faith suit stemming from a workplace injury case against the company.
