Perez Tells Congress He's 'Listening' On Persuader Rule

Perez assured lawmakers Wednesday at a hearing on the U.S. Department of Labor's 2015 budget request that he is listening to stakeholders' concerns about the proposed persuader activity rule, as well as other controversial regulatory proposals.
