Lawmakers Push Wyden, Boehner To Save Green Tax Credits

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 3:10 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan group of 144 U.S. lawmakers, many from wind industry-heavy states, urged congressional leaders on Friday to revive the renewable production tax credit and save the investment tax credit from extinction, saying they're needed to keep the U.S. wind industry viable.
