IRS Seeks Recommendations For Priority Guidance List

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 5:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Internal Revenue Service is looking for public comment on which tax issues it should prioritize through regulations and other actions, the agency announced on Friday.

The agency’s 2014-2015 Priority Guidance Plan will help it decide which issues to focus on when allocating its resources for revenue rulings, revenue procedures, notices and all other published administrative guidance through June of 2015.
