High Court Won't Hear Miss. Medical Equipment Tax Row

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear an appeal by medical equipment giant Mobility Medical Inc., rejecting the company’s bid to stop Mississippi from taxing its medical equipment sold to individuals covered by the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.
