Minn. Gov. Signs $505M Tax Cut, Repeals B2B Tax

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 2:07 PM EDT) -- Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton on Friday signed into a law a $508 million tax cut that repeals controversial business sales taxes that were enacted just last year and brings the state's tax laws in line with the federal tax code.

Lawmakers moved quickly to pass the tax cuts, enacting measures to reduce Minnesota residents' tax burden less than a month after the proposal was first introduced in the Legislature.
