FWS Head Blasts Subpoena For Wind Farm Bird Death Docs

Ashe told the House Natural Resources Committee on Wednesday that its subpoena for documents related to eagle and other bird deaths at wind farms creates an extraordinary burden, refuting some committee members' allegations that the agency gives preferential treatment to the wind industry.
