High Court Won't Hear LegalZoom Suit Over Practice Of Law

Law360, Los Angeles (March 24, 2014, 5:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a LegalZoom Inc. customer’s appeal in a proposed class action accusing the legal document services company of illegally practicing law in Arkansas, leaving standing a state supreme court’s split decision to arbitrate the claims.
