Top Del. Judge Unveils Rules To Speed Up Patent Cases

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A Delaware judge with one of the busiest patent dockets in America announced a raft of changes Monday to how she will handle patent cases, including requiring parties to provide more information earlier in litigation, which should make cases run more smoothly, attorneys say.
