Ohio Court Keeps Excess Insurers In Mead's Asbestos Battle

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 3:53 PM EDT) -- An Ohio appeals court on Friday roped eight high-level excess insurers back into a massive coverage dispute with the successor to paper manufacturer The Mead Corp. over asbestos injury claims, holding there was a justiciable dispute that prevented the insurers from exiting the litigation.
