Punitive Damages In Play In Pa. Risperdal Cases, Court Hears

Law360, Philadelphia (March 25, 2014, 2:48 PM EDT) -- Some 375 plaintiffs with product liability claims pending against a Johnson & Johnson unit over its antipsychotic drug Risperdal urged a Pennsylvania judge on Monday to reject the company's bid aiming to shield itself from punitive damages.
