DOI Secretary Expects Final Fracking Rule By End Of Year

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 6:28 PM EDT) -- U.S. Department of the Interior Secretary Sally Jewell told House lawmakers on Tuesday that her agency will finalize proposed regulation for hydraulic fracturing on public lands before the end of the year and emphasized that the DOI will adjust the rule in the future to account for technological advances.
