Luxembourg Chafes At EU's Questioning Of IP Tax Regime

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 1:44 PM EDT) -- Luxembourg said Tuesday it was pondering the legality of the European Commission's repeated requests for information on its intellectual property tax regime and tax ruling practices, one day after the EC threatened to send the nation to the European Union's highest court.
