Feds Propose Expanded Clean Water Act Protections

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 1:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Tuesday issued a long-awaited proposal that would clarify Clean Water Act regulatory jurisdiction and enhance protections for bodies of water, particularly those that are seasonal or dependent on rain and wetlands near streams.
