8th Circ. Lets Insurer Off Hook For Carbon Monoxide Death

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday ruled that an insurer can deny coverage to a woman who was injured and whose husband died when carbon monoxide was released in their Nebraska home, finding that pollution exclusions in the policies preclude coverage.
