Hastings Wants Answers On Coal Mine Water-Rule Rewrite

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The House Natural Resources Committee's chairman on Tuesday subpoenaed a U.S. Department of the Interior watchdog for a clean copy of the report describing the agency's work on rule revisions — which House Republicans are trying to stop — that would protect streams near mountaintop removal coal mining sites.
