Inyx CEO Sues Berger Over Liens For Unpaid Legal Fees

Law360, Miami (March 25, 2014, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Inyx Inc. CEO Jack Kachkar and his wife sued Berger Singerman PA in Florida court Monday, claiming the firm improperly secured judgment liens against them over a $326,000 arbitration award for unpaid legal fees.

In a complaint filed in Florida's Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Kachkar and his wife Viktoria Benkovitch claim the firm got inaccurate judgment lien certificates against the plaintiffs in violation of Florida law.
