US, EU, Japan Win WTO Rare Earth Dispute Against China

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 2:48 PM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization said Wednesday that China's restrictions on exports of rare earth elements were out of step with the country's international trade obligations, handing a victory to the U.S., the European Union and Japan, all of which challenged the Chinese measures.
