Insurer Asks Pa. Judge To Reverse Asbestos Coverage Ruling

Law360, Philadelphia (March 26, 2014, 5:38 PM EDT) -- North River Insurance Co. on Monday urged a Pennsylvania state judge to reverse a recent ruling in which he found that, for the purposes of insurance coverage, asbestos-related injuries occur on the date of first exposure, emphasizing that science no longer supports that conclusion.
