Jury Must Weigh Muslim Employee's Claims: Judge

Law360, New York (April 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate court has ruled that a case filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against equipment rental company Sunbelt Rentals Inc. on behalf of a Muslim employee who said he suffered religious discrimination must proceed to trial, overturning a lower court's summary judgment.
