Study Finds M&A Activism Will Continue To Climb

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 3:57 PM EDT) -- The influence of activist investors on mergers and acquisitions is on the rise, and the principal ways they are affecting the deals with which they get involved may be changing, according to a study by FTI Consulting Inc.
