Target, Security Vendor Face Data-Breach Suit From Banks

Law360, New York (March 27, 2014, 10:07 PM EDT) -- A pair of banks on Monday launched the latest class action over Target Corp.'s massive data breach, attacking both the retailer and its security vendor Trustwave Holdings Inc. for allegedly failing to bring the store's systems into compliance with industry standards and established security laws.
