Wal-Mart Shells Out $439M On FCPA Probes In 2 Years

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 8:21 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has shelled out $439 million over the past two years on investigations related to the retailer’s possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in Mexico, China, Brazil and India, the company confirmed in its annual report last week.
