Plaintiffs' Attorneys Booted From Katrina Suits

Law360, New York (April 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has disqualified three law firms and a host of associated attorneys from representing a group of policyholders who sued State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, ruling Friday that they breached legal ethics.
