Pollutants Wafting From Duke Energy Plant: Sierra

Law360, New York (April 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Sierra Club has filed suit against Duke Energy Indiana Inc., claiming that the energy giant failed to install the proper pollution controls before making modifications to its Edwardsport, Ind., power plant.
