Bill Would Give LNG Siting Power Back To States

Law360, New York (April 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of leading senators has put forward a bill that would take away the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's authority to decide where to place liquefied natural gas terminals and return that power to the states.
