Mud Slinging Continues In Online Fax Patent Suit

Law360 (February 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A patent infringement suit between online fax and messenger service providers Venali and j2 Communications has turned nasty, with both companies lobbing accusations of anticompetitive behavior at one another after a U.S. Patent and Trademark ruling tipped the scales in Venali’s favor.
