Judge Grants $430M In Fen-Phen Attorneys' Fees

Law360, New York (April 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge in charge of the long-settled multidistrict litigation over Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s controversial diet drugs has at last granted final approval to the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees, awarding the lawyers a total of more than $430 million.
