Label Makers Urge Court To Toss Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (April 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A pair of adhesive-label makers caught up in antitrust litigation have called for the dismissal of the case against them, urging a federal judge to apply the U.S. Supreme Court's heightened pleading standard for conspiracy claims, as other courts have done.
