Dreier's Ch. 11 Plan Garners Another Ex-Atty Objection

Law360, New York (April 7, 2014, 4:03 PM EDT) -- A second former Dreier LLP attorney on Sunday urged a bankruptcy judge to reject the defunct firm’s liquidation plan, echoing complaints lodged last week that the plan’s definition of the term “partner” is prejudicial to certain attorneys.

Arianna Frankl joined former Dreier attorney Eric Osterberg in condemning the plan, arguing that the term “partner” is defined so broadly that the Chapter 11 trustee could target her for unfinished business profits.
