Guangdon, Hong Kong to Draft Policy on Cross-Border IP Infringement

Law360, New York (December 4, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Guangdong and Hong Kong officials agreed this week to work out a policy framework for dealing with cross-border intellectual property infringement cases under the two different legal systems, the South China Morning Post reported.

The agreement was reached in the first meeting of the Guangdong-Hong Kong Expert Group on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
